Carlyle Complete Catering is owned a family owned and operated catering business, located in Melbourne, Victoria. 

Bob and Vicky Carlyle started their food journey in the local football and cricket clubs across Casey and Cardina. They quickly realised their passion for entertaining, food and event planning was something to be persued. After running a successful cafe for a number of years, requests for event catering continued to grow. Then Carlyle Complete Catering was born!

This locally owned and family operated business continues to specialize in catering for a wide range of private, social and public facing events all across Victoria.
